Thank you for choosing FabrikDTF! We understand that receiving your custom-made products quickly and safely is important. This policy outlines the shipping options and timelines you can expect when placing an order with us.

Refunds – Important!

Please note: Due to the custom nature of our products (DTF transfers, UV stickers, Art Services), we are unable to offer refunds on completed orders.

We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting it. If you have any questions about a product or our customization options, please don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer UPS as shipping in the United States, chosen to meet customer needs and budgets. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and are subject to change without notice. You will have the time to confirm the shipping options and their respective costs before your checkout.

Order Processing

Orders typically take a minimum of 3 business days to process after they are placed. This processing time allows us to create your custom product with the highest quality standards. Note that multiple factors outside of our control may affect this number such as incorrect uploaded artwork, but we will do our best to notify affected customers as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using your chosen method. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select, on top of the minimum production time. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.


For order defects that cause unusable prints due to possible faulty material or handling, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and our team will do its best to resolve the issue. The majority of cases is resolved with technical support and reprints if needed. This does not include incorrect prints due to incorrect artwork, dimensions or other circumstances we are not responsible of.

While we strive to meet the above processing and delivery timeframes, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify you of any delays and keep you updated on the status of your order.
